The 3-layer body (Steel-Aluminium-Steel) assures perfect and consistent heat distribution from the base to the whole surface; the Lagoplan® technology provides a 5-layer base for perfect cooking control.
With the Lagofusion® base, the difference in temperature between the centre of the saucepan (200° C) and the sides is minor (-20° C) compared to a Lagoseal® Plus base (-40° C).
Cherry wood lid
The internal insulating steel lining assures heat and internal humidity are better retained. Furthermore, the lid can be turned over and used as a pot stand.
